This is the first post in our journal, so it makes sense to start with introductions.
Who we are
Resolution Web is a UK creative technology studio. That’s a fancy way of saying we build the digital side of businesses: the website people find, the search presence that gets them there, and the systems running behind the scenes.
We’re a small studio on purpose. When you work with us, you work directly with the people building your project. No account managers, no jargon, no disappearing for weeks.
What we build
Most agencies stop at the homepage. We go further:
- Websites that are clean, fast and built to win enquiries, not just look nice in a portfolio.
- Search visibility so people actually find you on Google, especially locally.
- Custom systems like CRMs, production trackers and dashboards, built around how your business actually works.
- Practical AI where it genuinely saves hours, not where it makes a good demo.
How we work
A few things we hold ourselves to on every project:
- Fixed quotes. We agree the scope and price before work starts. No surprise invoices.
- Prototypes early. You see a working version and give feedback before anything is final.
- 24-hour replies. Email us and you’ll hear back within a working day, every time.
What this journal is for
We’ll use this space to write up what we’re building and what we’re learning along the way. Expect plain-English notes on websites, getting found on Google, the systems we build for real businesses, and where AI is actually useful for small companies.
No filler, no hype. If a post doesn’t help someone running a business make a better decision, it doesn’t go up.
