Legal

Privacy policy.

The short version: this site sets no cookies for visitors, runs no tracking, and the only information we collect is what you type into the enquiry form — used to reply to you, nothing else.

Who we are

Resolution Web Limited is a web studio based in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire. For anything in this policy, contact us at flynn@resolutionweblimited.com or on 07801 978657.

What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, business name, what you need, and a phone number if you choose to give one.

There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no payment details on this site.

Cookies

The pages you browse set no cookies and run no analytics or tracking of any kind. The one cookie this site can set is a sign-in cookie for our own admin area — it only ever exists in our own browser, never yours.

How we use your enquiry

We use what you send us to reply to you and to manage the job you're asking about — that's it. We don't sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to mailing lists.

Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us.

Where your information lives

Enquiries are stored securely by us and handled only by the person who replies to them. When the site sends email, it passes through our email delivery provider; the site itself is served by our hosting provider. Neither is given your information for any purpose beyond delivering that service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details while the conversation or the work is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete your details and we will.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email us and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If how the site handles information changes — for example, if we add analytics — this policy will be updated first, with the date below.
