Quick questions

I don't have a mailing list. Can I still start?: Yes. We'll add a sign-up to your website and till point, and build the list properly from day one.
Can I email my existing customers?: Usually, if they've bought from you and can opt out. We'll check your list with you first so everything is above board.
How often should I send?: For most local businesses, once or twice a month is plenty. Useful beats frequent.
How is it priced?: Quoted to the job — a one-off for a set-up, or a monthly arrangement if we run it for you.
