FAQ

Straight answers.

The questions we're asked most, answered plainly. If yours isn't here, ask it — you'll get a straight answer either way.

How much does a website cost?
Every job is quoted individually. You get a fixed, itemised quote based on what you actually need — no packages, no hidden extras — with staged payments and split plans available. The quote is free, and the number doesn't move once it's agreed.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the job. We agree a clear timeline with your quote and keep to it — and you can watch progress on a live preview link the whole way, so there's never any mystery about where things are.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, the design and the content are all yours. If you ever move on, we hand everything over properly.
What if I already have a site or domain?
Not a problem. We can rebuild on the domain you own, keep your email running and switch over without downtime. Anything that already works well, we keep.
What do you need from me?
Your knowledge of the business — the words, photos and facts only you have — and honest reactions at each stage. If you'd like help with the words or the photography, that's work we do too.
What happens after launch?
We stay with it. Hosting, updates, fixes and ongoing improvements run on a simple monthly retainer — and when you get in touch, you talk to the person who built your site.
Do you only build websites?
Websites are the core of what we do, and we cover what a business needs around them: internal tools, photography, video, brand assets, 3D printing and general technical help. One studio, one standard.
Where do you work?
We're based in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, with most of our work across Bucks and London — and clients UK-wide. Meetings happen wherever suits you: your premises, a video call, or here.
