01 / Getting started
- Can I enquire before I have a logo or a website?
- Yes. A rough idea of the business is enough to start a conversation. We can help with brand assets, the website and the photography or content around it. Your name, launch date and exact requirements don't need to be final.
- What does the full package include?
- It means we can bring the services your business needs together through one studio. It isn't a fixed bundle. We choose the scope with you — which might include brand assets, a website, photography or video, social content and ongoing hosting and care — and set it out in your quote.
- What if I already have a site or domain?
- We can work with an existing website or domain. We'll look at what you have, agree what to keep and plan any changes to the site, hosting or email before the switch.
- What do you need from me?
- Your knowledge of the business, accurate contact and service details, and feedback at the agreed stages. Bring any existing brand assets or photos you want to use. If copy or imagery is missing, we can agree how to help with it in the scope.
- Where do you work?
- We're based in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, with most of our work across Bucks and London — and clients UK-wide. Meetings happen wherever suits you: your premises, a video call, or here.
02 / Money
- How much does a website cost?
- Every project is quoted individually against an agreed scope. We set out the services, deliverables and payment stages in writing. Split payment plans can be agreed in advance. Any changes to the scope are discussed before extra work goes ahead.
- Do you publish any prices?
- Yes, for the two things that are simple enough to price up front: the monthly content and social media packages, and CAD design time for 3D printing. You'll find them on those service pages and on the pricing page. Everything else depends on the job, so it gets a fixed, written quote.
- Am I tied into a contract for monthly services?
- Content and social media packages run month to month, paid monthly in advance, with 30 days' notice to cancel. Other monthly arrangements, like website care, are agreed with you in writing before they start, so you always know what you're signed up to.
03 / The work
- How long does it take?
- It depends on the scope, content and feedback needed. We discuss your intended launch and agree a schedule with the quote. You can follow the website through a preview link as it comes together.
- Who owns the website?
- Your custom design, content and code transfer on final payment, as set out in our terms. Third-party tools and assets keep their own licences. We can talk through domain access, hosting and handover when we scope the project.
- What happens after launch?
- We stay with it. Hosting, updates, fixes and ongoing improvements run on a simple monthly retainer — and when you get in touch, you talk to the person who built your site.
- Can you look after a website you didn't build?
- Usually, yes. We check the site over first — where it's hosted, how it's built and what state it's in — then tell you honestly what we can take on.
04 / Services
- Do you only build websites?
- Websites are the core. Around them we offer booking and loyalty systems, website care, internal tools, brand assets, photography, video, social media, email marketing, Google listings, automated text messages, 3D printing and general technical help. You can enquire about one service or several.
- Do you send marketing text messages?
- No. Our text message service is for the messages customers expect: booking confirmations, reminders, replies and login codes. For offers and news we use email, which suits that job better.
- I don't have a mailing list. Can I still do email marketing?
- Yes. We add a sign-up to your website and build the list properly from day one, with consent recorded and an unsubscribe link in every email.
- Do I need a 3D file to get something printed?
- No. Most jobs start from a sketch, a photo or a broken part, and we design the model in-house. Finished prints can be posted anywhere in the UK or collected.
