What counts as a piece
Every package is built from the same standard piece.
- One social post built around an idea, an update or a campaign.
- Normally one to three images, graphics or designed frames, whatever the post needs. The count is not fixed by package.
- One medium-length caption in your usual tone.
- Basic layout and design using your photos, your brand assets, stock where it suits, or pictures we capture where that is included.
- Up to two rounds of changes, each round being one combined list of changes.
- A piece counts once, even when the same post goes to more than one platform.
Large bespoke carousels, document-style posts, animation-heavy creative, long articles, blogs and substantial copywriting are not standard pieces. We scope those separately.

An extra platform
A straightforward cross-post of the same posts to another platform is a small monthly add-on.
LinkedIn, properly adapted
Where posts need real rewriting for LinkedIn rather than a cross-post, that is a slightly larger monthly add-on. Long LinkedIn articles are quoted separately.

The monthly content session
Where a package includes one, you get a scheduled session each month of up to three hours.
What we photograph
Products, staff, the premises, work in progress, finished work, the customer-facing space and behind the scenes.
It builds a bank of real pictures and short clips to post from. It is not a full photography booking.
Booked in advance, when we both have a day free. Unused session time does not carry over unless we agree it.

Account refresh
For an account that is out of date or inconsistent. We review how the profile reads and how it describes the business. We rewrite the bio or about section where it needs it, tidy what the platform lets us tidy, suggest or make profile and header images, and bring the tone in line with the business as it is now. We go through older posts and say what should stay, be archived or be replaced. Priced on enquiry after a look at the account. A full rebrand is a separate project.
Brand assets
Monthly packages assume you already have a usable brand. If not, we can work from what you have, or quote brand assets separately.

Short blog posts, updates to your website's wording, and photos and updates for your Google Business Profile can each be quoted as an extension. Search engine optimisation and general website maintenance are not part of these packages.

What we need from you
- Accurate business information: offers, prices, claims, dates and any approvals needed.
- Confirmation that you have permission to use any photos, logos or other material you supply.
- You remain responsible for factual claims about the business and for anything regulated or specialist. We prepare the content from your guidance.
- Where we agree an approval step, a late approval can delay a post without counting as a missed delivery on our side.
- Posts needed at short notice depend on whether we have the time that week, unless they are part of Managed Growth.
Terms in brief
The working terms. Your written agreement is what governs.

- Work outside the package is quoted separately or charged through the add-ons.
- Unused posts do not carry over unless we agree it.
- Content sessions need reasonable notice to move. Repeated late cancellations can forfeit that month's session.
- Ad spend, paid advertising, influencer fees, specialist video, advanced animation, printing and software subscriptions are not included unless quoted.
- Platform access is shared by a secure method, never as passwords in an ordinary email or document.
- Both of us act lawfully and within the platforms' rules.

- It runs month to month, paid monthly in advance, with 30 days' notice to cancel.
- Do I need my own photos?
- It helps, but it is not essential. We can work from what you have and use stock where it suits. On the Capture and Managed Growth packages we come to you each month for a content session.
- Do I get to approve posts?
- Yes, where we agree an approval step. You see the content before it goes out and can ask for changes within the included rounds.
- Can I change package later?
- Yes. Move up or down from the next month.
- What if I want more changes?
- Each piece includes two rounds of changes. Further rounds are a small add-on, charged per round.
- Can the same posts go on more than one platform?
- Yes. A piece counts once however many platforms it goes to. Each extra platform is a small monthly add-on, and LinkedIn that needs real rewriting is a slightly larger one.
- What is not included?
- Ad spend and paid advertising, influencer fees, specialist video, advanced animation, printing, software subscriptions, search engine optimisation and general website maintenance. Each can be quoted if you need it.
- Who is responsible for what the posts say, and for results?
- You are responsible for the facts about your business, prices, offers and anything regulated. We prepare the content from your guidance. We are responsible for professional work, consistent delivery and real effort. We do not guarantee reach, followers, enquiries or sales.
