We now do content and social media

Resolution Web builds websites and takes photographs for businesses. We now also make the posts that go on your social media pages and, if you want us to, publish them for you.

Why we are doing it

A website tells people what you do. Your Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn tells them you are still doing it. A page that last posted in the spring makes a busy business look quiet, and finding time to post every week is hard when you are the one running the place.

We already photograph premises, products and people, and we already write the words for the sites we build. Turning that into a steady run of posts is a short step, so we have made it a proper monthly service with clear packages.

How much you hand over

You choose how much of the work comes to us. There are four kinds of help:

• Content only. We make the posts and write the captions. You publish them.
• Content and publishing. We make the posts, write the captions and publish them to one platform for you.
• Capture and publishing. All of that, plus a content session at your place each month, so there are always real pictures to work from.
• Managed Growth. We plan, make, publish and improve your presence on two platforms, within the guidance you give us about the business.

Each post is built around one idea, an update or a campaign. It usually has one to three images or designed frames and a caption written in your usual tone, and you get up to two rounds of changes on it. We work on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

The monthly content session

Stock pictures only go so far. Where a package includes it, we come to you once a month for up to three hours and photograph what your customers want to see: the premises, the team, work in progress, finished work and what happens behind the scenes. That gives us a bank of real pictures and short clips to post from for the rest of the month.

It is not a full photography day. If you need one of those for your website or for print, that is a separate photography booking.

What we will not promise

We are responsible for good work, delivered every month, and for real effort on your behalf. We will not promise reach, followers or sales. You stay in charge of the business too: your offers, your claims and anything sensitive remain your call.

How to start

Every package and what it includes is on the Content & Social Media page. The prices there are our standard ones, and we still quote each business for the work it actually needs. It runs month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel, and you can move up or down a package from the next month.
